Return & Refund Policy

At Eezy Cabins, we take pride in the quality of our relocatable cabins and building products. As nearly all of our products are inspected by the customer upon collection, we aim to ensure every item meets your expectations before it leaves our premises. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions when a return or refund is necessary.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a standard return policy for change of mind. Each cabin is inspected at the time of collection, and any issues should be addressed at that point.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that a product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please get in contact with our team within 48 hours of collection. We will work with you to assess the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
